Usage Rights Explained

The Usage Rights determine how and where you are legally allowed to use the final video advertisement. Please select the option that aligns with your specific campaign goals. The usage fee is added to your final payment.

Organic Kick-start (+$0.00 Fee)

Goal: To test content organically, build follower awareness, or post un-boosted content to your own social channels.

  • License Type: Non-exclusive, limited license.

  • Scope of Use: Strictly limited to organic (unpaid) posts on your designated social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).

  • Duration: Limited to 30 days, beginning on the date of final delivery.

  • Paid Advertising: NOT PERMITTED. This license explicitly excludes use in any paid advertising campaigns, including "boosting" posts, or running ads through a platform's Ad Manager.

  • Ownership: Cornbread Ads LLC retains all copyright and proprietary rights to the video master and raw footage.

    Paid Campaign Scaler (+50% of Video Cost)

    Goal: To run targeted advertising campaigns on social and digital platforms to boost reach, drive conversions, and use the video for a long period of time.

    • License Type: Permanent, non-exclusive license.

    • Scope of Use: Includes all Organic Use PLUS perpetual use in paid advertising campaigns across major social and digital platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Promote, YouTube Ads, website banners, email campaigns).

    • Duration: Perpetual (unlimited in time). You may use the final Deliverable for the duration of your business.

    • Modifications: The Deliverable may not be altered, edited, or modified without prior written consent from Cornbread Ads LLC.

    • Ownership: Cornbread Ads LLC retains the copyright, but grants you a permanent right to use the final video for all specified advertising purposes.

      Full Proprietary Rights (+150% of Video Cost)

      Goal: Full, unrestricted control over the content for use in any medium, forever, providing the highest long-term investment value.

      • License Type: Complete and exclusive copyright buyout.

      • Scope of Use: All Media Included. Grants you the exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the Deliverable in any medium, format, or for any purpose, at your sole discretion (including digital, print, television, proprietary apps, etc.).

      • Duration: Perpetual (unlimited in time).

      • Ownership: You are granted complete, exclusive ownership of the copyright, intellectual property, final video master, and all associated raw footage.

      • Cornbread Ads Portfolio Rights

        Regardless of the license option purchased, Cornbread Ads LLC reserves the following limited right:

        • Portfolio Use: Cornbread Ads LLC is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the final Deliverable for the sole purpose of displaying it in its professional portfolio and for other self-promotional activities (e.g., posting it on the Cornbread Ads website, social media channels, or pitch decks).
