  • Next Action: Visit the Start Page to officially place your order and secure your production slot. A 50% production start fee is due upon order confirmation.

Step 2: Send Your Assets & Direction

This is the most critical step for a fast turnaround. Once your order is confirmed, please provide the following materials:

Raw Footage/Photos: Send all video clips, photos, and any existing media you want to include.

Brand Assets: Your logo files (preferably vector, PNG, or high-res JPG) and any specific style guides (fonts, color codes).

Clear Outline/Script: A basic script or outline defining your core message and including all key on-screen text or Calls-to-Action (CTAs).

Inspiration: (Optional) Links to any ads or videos you like or want us to reference for style.

Step 3: Review, Approve, & Launch

We handle the heavy lifting of editing and platform optimization.

Production: We craft your video, adding simple editing, sound design, kinetic typography, and logo animation.

  1. Revisions: You receive the first draft and have two rounds of revisions to request changes.

  2. Final Delivery: Once approved, the remaining production balance and any applicable usage rights fee are due. We then deliver the final video formatted for your chosen platform (9:16 vertical, correct resolution).

Project Timeline

Our fast-paced workflow is designed for quick results. The timeline below assumes we have received all necessary assets (Step 2).

  • Delivery of First Draft: 3-5 Business Days from receipt of assets.

  • Revisions Round 1: 1-2 Business Days (after receiving your feedback).

  • Revisions Round 2: 1-2 Business Days (if needed).

  • Final Delivery: Within 24 hours of final approval and receipt of the remaining balance.
